This Collective Agreement sets out the minimum terms and conditions to be observed in contracts entered into between a producer and a writer for scripts written for television production where the format of the programme is provided by the Producer. This Agreement applies only to productions that are made with live actors and is not intended to cover special and additional dialogue or ‘sketch material’ for comedy programmes.
